Geek On Call made it very easy. just go to https://geekoncall.com/book-repair and select what device you want us to repair. select date and time. Technician will give you a call 30 min earlier. so please make sure your provide correct number. 

Most of the common problem are fixed onsite. we charge hourly so you just sit back and relax. Technician will take care of everything for you. in some cases if we need to take the device to our repairing center then it takes time from 2 to 15 days depending on the services and delivery of replacement parts. 

Yes, but you will be charged upfront for labour and we take no responsibility for the quality of the part. If for some reason the part is faulty and would like us then to unistall the part, additional charges may apply.

We offer a 30 day warranty for all of our repairs. Our warranty covers our parts and workmanship. If the repaired or replaced parts stop working properly, call us back back and we will redo the repair at no cost to you.

We can usually have a tech out to you on the same or next day.
